WELCO MILLWRIGHT SERVICE

For over 35 years, WELCO's remanufacturing center has served the needs of the mining and industrial sectors with our millwright service in our Calgary, Alberta facility. Our factory trained millwrights have many years of hands-on experience in the pump and process equipment repair/rebuild business.

WELCO can restore the performance and reliability of your equipment. Our skilled technicians disassemble, inspect, and record precision measurements at the onset of every repair project, adhering to strict quality standards. You will be assured that future downtime will be avoided because your equipment will be repaired, rebuilt or re-engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications.

All services will be performed using only original OEM parts where applicable. The parts and work performed are under full warranty. This warranty, however, does not necessarily cover the complete machine. Rather, it is limited to those components or sections upon which the maintenance and/or repairs are performed. Engineering assistance, if required could be arranged through the appropriate manufacturer.

REPAIR SERVICES INCLUDE:

• Complete disassembly and inspection including non-destructive testing and precise measuring
• Complete inspection report and photos
• Analysis of wear will provide recommendations to improve wear life
• Sandblasting and thorough cleaning of all centrifugal pump component parts
• Mechanical repairs and/or parts replacement
• Reassembly

PARTS INVENTORY

With an ongoing service agreement in place, WELCO can inventory parts specifically for your needs. Nine times out of ten, the most common source of delays in a rebuild is the availability of parts from the manufacturer. With a commitment to use our service, we can inventory parts for you.

FIELD SERVICE

WELCO's field service personnel can be scheduled to assist in installation, inspection, maintenance, and overhauls.

Field service assistance may be arranged by contacting your sales representative or the service department.

Rates cover the total time spent in working and traveling between the service center and the customer's facility. A minimum of 8 hours will be invoiced for any day that service personnel are working at or traveling to the site.
