Hy-Tran´s newest design showing a single partition ring pump flotation system. For larger flotation requirements Hy-Tran builds Quad Ring systems using (4) rings with a common manned platform. Hy-Tran also normally quotes First FloatTM pipeline transition floats and flexible non-collapsible rubber hose to keep the pump floa ting level.
A 7-foot Quad Ring flotation system complete with "A" frame lift support for (2) electrosubmersible pumps for operating and standby duty. Proper suspension of such pumps provide for extended pump operating life.

Various size flotation systems are designed to meet specific applications. Two popular configurations supplied by Hy-Tran, Inc. are:
Shallow draft layouts for drawing down ponds and catchments to their minimum liquid levels.
Shallow draw can arrangements for surface water only pumping.
The basic construction tenant followed by Hy-Tran centralizes individual pumping systems onto a dedicated flotation frame. This allows easy flow capacity changes as duty conditions change. These independent pumping systems are mobile and can be used in various locations; thus allowing for improved mine water management as conditions demand.
